It is responsible for tracking the vehicle’s movement and keeping its record on a day-to-day basis. Operation In-charge at Central Control Room keeps a close track of fleet.

It is the company’s direct contact with clients and operates as per their requirements. Site Manager is also responsible for feedback implementation received from Client, in order to improve the service.

It takes care of preventive and regular maintenance of vehicles. For optimum performance of the vehicles, the team makes sure that the vehicles are being serviced/maintained with respective authorized service station and only OEM compliant spares are used.

We have a dedicated 24×7 Central Control Room to monitor the entire operations by G.P.S tracking and provide support, if needed. Contact Numbers of CCR are available with all the drivers / Site Supervisors.

It keeps a close track on cabs/drivers for traffic rules violation, consumption of alcohol/drugs, misbehavior etc. along with surprise checks of vehicle-related documents.

Sea Hawk has its own In-house Training Department. We have specified training programs for drivers and other staff and conduct quarterly training for the same at our Central Control Station.
