Driver Hiring & Training
- Referral Recruitment Procedure is followed to hire drivers through our existing staff and/or professional network.
- Candidates are interviewed and selected after testing their knowledge about vehicles & NCR Routes.
- Driving trials and knowledge test on traffic rules are taken.
- Authenticity of all the submitted documents is checked thoroughly.
- Documents Required: Residential Proof, Identity Proof, Four Photographs and details (name & address) of two guarantors/references, familiar with the candidate.
- Role of a new driver is to provide backup for one week.
- If found satisfactory, work is allotted to the new driver but under strict observation to properly analyze his awareness towards safety, driving mannerism, knowledge of routes, discipline and interpersonal skills.
Background / Criminal Verification of New Recruits
M/s Hamari Suraksha Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. has conducted and submitted the background verifications of more than 600 employees so far and Safety Cards/Badges have been issued to the passed out Staff and Drivers.
Sea Hawk has its own In-house Training Department. We have specified training programs for drivers and other staff. These periodic trainings get conducted at our Central Control Room Station.
We have Driver’s Training Program in two parts:
Induction Program – Training for New Drivers (One time) - This program covers introduction about the company, job procedures, rules & regulations, safety measures, interpersonal skills and legal compliances.
